Job Description

Bitta BJJ Gym is actively seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven General Manager to lead our daily operations in Abu Dhabi. This critical role ensures seamless gym functionality, delivers an outstanding member experience, and upholds our core values of discipline, excellence, and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily gym operations (6:00 AM – 9:30 PM), ensuring high standards of cleanliness and readiness
  • Manage non-coaching staff (reception, cleaning, café/barista), including KPIs and performance
  • Coordinate class schedules, coach shifts, and weekly team alignment
  • Handle daily cash closing, reporting, and financial accuracy
  • Ensure exceptional member experience from inquiry to retention
  • Act as brand ambassador, maintaining professional standards
  • Oversee CRM, check-in systems, and operational technology
  • Manage merchandise, stock, and inventory control

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations or general management (fitness, hospitality, or luxury service preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
