Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide targeted instruction and support to meet students' specific learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a cohesive support system.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Specialized qualifications in SEN education are highly advantageous.
- Degrees must be from regular/full-time courses.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with MOE/British curriculum in the UAE is a plus.
