Job Description

Joud Coffee is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join their dynamic talent acquisition team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and sourcing promising candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to Joud Coffee's ability to attract and secure top-tier talent, crucial for the company's continued growth and success.

You will manage multiple job openings concurrently, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Sourcing candidates through various platforms including Teamtailor, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks will be a key responsibility. Conducting thorough initial screenings, with a keen eye for hospitality skills, grooming standards, customer service orientation, and relevant experience, is essential.

Maintaining accurate applicant records and updating hiring statuses within Teamtailor is critical. You will also provide weekly updates on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pass rates. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers will be a core part of your duties.

Ensuring candidate profiles align with operational team needs and consolidating interview feedback promptly are vital. You will support managers with structured interview guides and evaluation scorecards. Maintaining timely communication and providing feedback to all applicants is paramount. Ultimately, you will represent Joud Coffee's values in all external recruitment interactions.
